I'd give a blast of water right across its grill. Fire hoses are strong enough if it doesn't wear down the paint, it will at least blow out the plastic kidneys.

Funny. When I was in the FD and we came across a similar situation we would simply break 2 windows of the car and run the hose through the car :)
